Everything here is written to be useful and accurate on the day it is published. It is general information about how Pure Growth works and what it has done. It is not advice for your specific business, and nothing here is a promise of a particular result.

Any number quoted comes with where it came from and how big the sample was. Your own results will be your own.

The newsletter and the free resources

You sign up, you confirm by email, and you get what you asked for. You can unsubscribe from any issue and nobody will chase you about it. The content is yours to read, use in your own business, and share with colleagues. Please do not republish it as your own or sell it.

The free competitor engagement run

It is genuinely free and there is nothing attached to it. One per company, and the depth is capped. The output is a prioritised list with the reason behind each grade, and it is a judgment about how ready somebody looks, not a fact about them. Treat it as a starting point, not a verdict.

No timescale is promised for delivery. If a run is not the right thing for your market you will be told that rather than sent a weak list.

Paid work

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Paid work is covered by a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, the term, the fees and the notice period, and that agreement is what governs it.

Ownership

The words, design and materials on this website belong to Pure Growth, apart from anything credited to somebody else.

Liability

Pure Growth is not liable for losses arising from your use of the free information on this website, to the extent the law allows that exclusion. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did.
