How it works
Three things happen. None of them are your job, and you see everything before it goes anywhere.
01
See who is warming up
People react to your posts, to your competitors' posts, and to the voices your buyers follow. Most of that goes unnoticed. Here it gets noticed, checked against the customer you actually want, and put in front of you with the reason attached.
02
Reach them while it still means something
Nothing goes out until you have read it. Low volume by design: a handful of well timed messages a day about the thing that person actually did, never thousands sprayed at a list.
03
Prove what it created
Every person is tracked from the first thing they did to what happened in the end. You can show a client which activity turned into conversations, and which turned into revenue.
Said plainly
What it does not do today
It does not send email. That channel has not been built, so nobody should sell it to you as though it has. If email is part of what you want, raise it on the call and you will get a date for it rather than a maybe.
It also does not replace your judgment. A person reads everything before it goes out, and that person is usually you.
The shape of it
Build and Operate first, then you pick a lane
You are live within 48 hours of the first call. After three months you choose how much of Pure Growth you want on the account.
Months one to three
Build and Operate
Weeks one and two are build and launch: your ideal customer, your offer, where your buyers leave traces, and the first campaign live. Weeks three to twelve are operating and refining. Scoring needs six to eight weeks of real data before it means anything, which is why three months is the minimum rather than a preference.
From month three
Platform
The whole system, kept continuously optimised, always the current version, with a monthly strategy call. You handle the day to day. New campaigns and custom work are priced separately.
From month three
Managed
Everything in Platform, plus Pure Growth stays on the account: optimisation for your accounts specifically, new angles as the current ones run dry, campaign development, and a weekly strategy call.
The line between the last two is simple. One keeps the machine at its best. The other keeps a person on it.
The honest bit
What you keep if you leave
Better said early than dragged out of anyone later.
You keep
Every company, every person, every signal, every score, and the written reason behind each decision. It is your own base, yours to export whenever you want, and it keeps working as a list.
You do not keep
The machine that made it. It stops producing anything new the day you go. If you ever want your own instance of it, that gets scoped properly for you rather than sold off a price list.
